If you have a subscription, your credit quota will automatically reset at the start of each billing cycle. If you need more credits before the reset, you can purchase additional credit packs for immediate use.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in the Billing & Subscription section of your account.
No, unused subscription credits do not carry over to the next billing cycle. We recommend using your credits within the current subscription period to maximize their value.
Add-on credits are extra credits you purchase beyond your subscription plan. They do not expire and remain usable even after your subscription ends. Within 30 days of purchase, and while less than 50% of them have been used, the unused portion can be refunded — see our Refund Policy.
A first subscription purchase can be refunded within 30 days if no more than 20% of its credits have been used. An automatic renewal charge can be refunded within 30 days of the renewal if usage in that period stays within 5%, and an add-on credit pack within 30 days if less than 50% of it has been used. Refunds are proportional to unused credits, less a processing fee of up to 6%. For full details, please check our Refund Policy.
The creation of any form of NSFW or adult content is strictly prohibited across all plans. We reserve the right to delete such content and take appropriate action if discovered.
All paid plans (both subscriptions and credit packs) include commercial usage rights, allowing you to use generated results for business purposes. The Free plan does not include commercial usage rights.
