Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Service to generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated systems (bots, spiders, scrapers) to access the Site or Service without authorization.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or its connected servers and networks.
• Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Third-Party AI Models

The Service is an interface and product layer built around in-house systems and third-party AI model providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, VidoCraft is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the underlying model providers. The Service relies on third-party APIs that may occasionally be unstable or unavailable; VidoCraft is not responsible for disruptions, errors, or output caused by these third-party services.

User Content

Ownership and Responsibility

You retain ownership of any content — including text, images, or other materials — that you upload or generate using the Service ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you create, upload, publish, or share.

License to VidoCraft

By submitting User Content, you grant VidoCraft a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

Content Restrictions

Because the Service uses AI to generate images, video, audio, and other media, the following restrictions apply to your prompts, uploads, and resulting outputs alike. You agree not to upload, generate, or share any User Content that:

• Is misleading, false, or inaccurate, or misrepresents AI-generated content as factual, human-made, or endorsed by any real person or organization.
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
• Depicts or promotes pornography, excessive violence, terrorism, or extremist activities, or is NSFW, sexually explicit, nude, semi-nude, sexually suggestive, or 18+ in nature.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Includes unsolicited promotions or political solicitations.
• Uses another person's likeness, voice, or biometric data without that person's consent or sufficient rights, or constitutes a deepfake or impersonation intended to mislead, defraud, or manipulate.
• Uses sensitive personal data as input unless legally permitted and authorized by the data subject.
• Could endanger or exploit minors, or involves minors in any sexual, exploitative, abusive, or dangerous context.
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

We reserve the right to remove violating content and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts.

Content Public Visibility

If you set your Generated Content to public, you grant VidoCraft and its affiliated entities a perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, display, download, and distribute such content, including creating derivative works, in any form across current or future media.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of VidoCraft Content

All intellectual property rights in the Site and Service — including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by VidoCraft or its licensors. You are granted no rights in these materials except as expressly stated in these Terms.

User Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions you provide to VidoCraft will be the exclusive property of VidoCraft. You assign all rights in such feedback to VidoCraft, which may use it freely without compensation.

Payment and Subscription

Fees

Certain features may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees. VidoCraft reserves the right to change fees and billing methods at any time upon notice.

Billing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize VidoCraft and its processors to charge applicable fees to your payment method.

Refunds

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. VidoCraft may, at its sole discretion, provide refunds or credits in specific circumstances.

Cancel Subscription

• You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account's billing settings.
• After cancellation, your service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will apply.
• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not, by itself, refund prior payments. Refund eligibility for completed charges (including charges from automatic renewals) is governed entirely by our Refund Policy.
• You can change your plan from your account's billing settings. When a change takes effect, and how price differences are charged and refunded, are set out in our Refund Policy.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Site. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.

Termination by VidoCraft

VidoCraft may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. If VidoCraft terminates your account for reasons other than your breach of these Terms, we will refund the pro-rated portion of any prepaid, unused fees.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms will immediately terminate. Any accrued rights or obligations — including those related to payment and intellectual property — will survive termination.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. VidoCraft does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VidoCraft disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs are produced by probabilistic models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unexpected. We do not guarantee that any output is unique — the same or similar outputs may be generated for other users — and we make no representation that an output is free of third-party rights. You are solely responsible for reviewing, and for how you use, any content you generate.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidoCraft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or use — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VidoCraft and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Modifications to the Terms

VidoCraft reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site or by sending a notice through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.

Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VidoCraft regarding the Service.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without prior written consent. VidoCraft may freely assign these Terms.
